Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship international orders to Canada and Japan.

 

How do I track my order

If you need your tracking number for you to track your order you can check the email that you received.

If you placed an order with standard shipping please make sure before you contact us about your order that you have waited the time period allotted for the delivery. You can see more information about shipping options here.

If you paid for Standard Shipping it will be 1-2 full business days before we ship your order. So if you purchased on a Monday before 1PM CST. then you can expect to receive your tracking number and a notification that your order has shipped by the end of the day on Wednesday. Shipment takes 5-7 business days so if your order ships on a Wednesday (and assuming there are no national holidays) you can expect to at the latest receive your order by Friday of that next week.

If you have not received your order yet and it is one day after that 7th shipping day then please contact us and we will figure out what happened and take care of you 100%.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once we have received your order, it will go into processing which may take up to 2 business days before it will ship out.

 

To get an idea of when your package will be delivered once you place your order the time frames listed below automatically assume the maximum processing time of 2 business days starting from when you initially complete your order.

 

UPS Ground: Orders will generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

 

UPS 3 Day: Maximum of 3 business days to arrive.

 

Expedited shipping: Maximum of 2 business days to be delivered.

 

Important notes:

Shipping companies have limited shipping during the weekend.  If you place your order on a Friday, expect that it will not be shipped until Monday at the soonest.

Expedited shipping orders placed before 1pm CST generally process the same day, then ship out the next day Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday.

I am missing an item(s) in my delivery!

If you are missing one or more of your items inside your order then we may have shipped your order in two shipments to get your order to you faster.

 

If it is after the stated latest day of arrival for your order please contact us and we will look into your order as soon as possible.

 

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

Unfortunately, there is a very short window from the time we receive your order and the time it is processing at the warehouse. Once it hits the warehouse processing window we cannot make any changes to your order.

 

As soon are you notice any issue with your order you should notify us immediately. When you submit your ticket please include "Change address" in the title to ensure it get's expedited to be answered sooner rather than later.

 

If the mistake is very minor, such as a typo or failure to include an apartment number, the shipper will often be able to correct the mistake.

 

If not, the order will more than likely be shipped back to us. From there, we can correct the address and get it back out to you. You can follow the tracking information and hopefully it will get redirected to you if it was just a minor error.

 

If it wasn't then hopefully it will be refused at the delivery point and returned to sender so we can at that point use that credit to send it out to the proper address. Contact us if you have any further questions.

 

Shipping to APO/Military personnel

We do ship to APO Addresses =)

 

If you have placed an order and waited for 30 days and still have not received your package please let us know so we can help track it down for you!
